OsmicPeople started as the HR system we ran our own company on. We needed attendance and leave that respected UK bank holidays, payroll that produced correct PAYE figures without a bureau, and one place for documents and hiring — without paying per module or per user for features we would never use.

The result is a single workspace per company, priced by headcount, that covers people records, attendance with breaks, leave, UK payroll and payslips, recruitment, documents, messaging and reports. Every customer gets their own address and their own branding; OsmicPeople is the platform underneath.

We are a small team and we run the product ourselves every day. If something is wrong, you will reach a person who can fix it.
