Employees record their day from the browser. Breaks are deducted, overtime is calculated against your expected hours, and HR corrections keep a reason and the before/after.

Payroll for your country, calculated where your records already are
Tax codes, National Insurance, student loans and auto-enrolment pension — then a draft → approved → paid workflow and branded payslips with year-to-date figures.

Invite-only accounts
No self-service sign-up into a workspace. Administrators invite people; invitations expire.
Strong sign-in
Password policy enforced server-side, two-factor authentication (authenticator app or email code) and passkeys.
Per-device sessions
Every sign-in is a session you can see and revoke. Password changes and offboarding revoke all sessions.
Tenant isolation
Every record is scoped to your company at the database query level. Your workspace address is verified on every request.
Least privilege
Admin, HR, manager and employee roles with per-permission custom roles. Managers never see salary, bank or identity data.
Audit trail
Logins, sensitive reads, corrections, payroll transitions and admin changes are recorded with who, what and when.

Questions we get asked
- Who is OsmicPeople for?
- Small and mid-sized businesses — typically 1 to 25 employees on our fixed plans, larger teams on custom pricing — in the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Pakistan, India and across Western Europe.
- Does it run payroll for my country?
- Yes. UK PAYE (income tax, National Insurance, student loans, auto-enrolment) is modelled in full. For Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, the UAE, Pakistan and India we apply the national statutory tables for the current tax year; regional and state taxes are listed as not modelled so you always know what the figures cover.
- How is pricing worked out?
- By the number of employees. Up to 10 employees and 11–25 employees are fixed monthly prices. 26 or more is priced individually — request a quote from the pricing page.
- What happens when we grow past our plan?
- You keep everything. When you reach the limit you are told the next tier and its price, and you upgrade explicitly from your billing page. We never charge more without you choosing to.
- Do we get our own address?
- Yes. During onboarding you choose a workspace address such as activio.osmicpeople.com. Your people sign in there and see your logo.
- Can we cancel?
- Any time from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Where is data stored?
- In the region of the deployment you subscribe to. Contact us for the details of the environment that will host your workspace.
